What is the Shoreline Shopping Show?
Simply put, the Shoreline Shopping Show is a way for you to save money on items or services you buy retail all the time. We offer goods and services from local & regional businesses at a discount to you. Typically 20-60%.  All you have to do is buy a gift certificate through our site and save, save, save or listen to the on air Shoreline Shopping Show on Wednesday mornings at 9am EST / 8am CST on KOOL 105.5, Classic Hits 103.7, WCHT AM 600, WAGN AM 1340 and WTIQ AM 1490! 

What are the policies for hotel rooms?
All rooms are subject to availability at the hotel; subject to blackouts for special events, Packer weekends, EAA, wedding blocks. All rooms clearly state the expiration at time of purchase. Extensions on the expiration are not allowed, unless the hotel chooses do so. The limit of each hotel on certificates accepted during a stay is one unless EXPRESSLY communicated by the hotel. State, local, and municipality taxes may be charged at checkout. If you are not sure about being able to use your certificate, we recommend booking the room, then purchasing the certificate from us if you are not sure you'll be able to use them.

What does that -M,-E or -Marq mean on the end of some items?
Those items are ONLY available for pickup in our Marinette (M)  Escanaba (E) or Marquette (Marq) offices. Most often, those items CAN be mailed to you at no charge!
 
How do I order items?
You can order items at the Shoreline Shopping Show Store online at www.ShorelineShoppingShow.com or by calling 906-789-9700 (Escanaba/ Marquette) or 715-735-0225 (Marinette)  during normal business hours
 
I'm concerned about giving my credit card information on the internet!
We use a secure server and encryption software to keep your credit card information secure.  

How is my privacy protected?
We will not give or sell your personal information to third parties. No selling lists. No spam. We may, from time to time, send you information about Shoreline Shopping Show specials or alert you to additional discounts. But if you don't want these updates, simply let us know and we'll take you off our email list. 

How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling is on us. No charge.

When will my certificates arrive at my mailbox?
We will process all orders before the end of the business day following your online transaction. If you choose to have your certificates mailed, we mail them via the United State Postal Service.  It could take up to ten business days from date of purchase for certificates to arrive. If you need your certificates earlier than that, please consider picking up your certificates at one of our offices. We are not responsible for certificates that are lost in the mail.

What is your return policy?
All sales on the Shoreline Shopping Show are final. We do not make refunds on orders after payment for your certificates are made. Once a credit card transaction online, or a cash transaction at our business office is made, there will be no refunds.  In the case of a business closing: we will offer refunds for up to 30 days after the date of the business closing.
 
What happens if I don't use my entire gift certificate amount?
Please use your gift certificate in one visit. Businesses do not give change or credit for unused gift certificate values.
 
How long do I have to use my certificates? 
All certificates have individual expiration dates as deemed necessary by the business.  Please see item descriptions for specific expiration dates on certificates you’d like to purchase. 

When can I pick up my order?
Please give us a full hour from the time of your internet order to prepare your certificates during normal business hours.  If you have any questions regarding the Shoreline Shopping Show, you can call our front desk during business hours 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Our phone number is 906 789-9700 or 715-735-0225. During which hours may I pick-up my certificates?
You can pick-up your Shopping Show orders at our office:
-- Radio Results Network: Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays), 9 a.m. to 5 p.m at 524 Ludington Street, Suite 300, in downtown Escanaba. 
-- Bay Cities Radio: Monday through Thursday 8am–4:30pm and Fridays from 7am–4pm CST at 844 Pierce Avenue, Marinette.  

What if my certificates get stolen or lost?
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or certificates that aren’t delivered by the USPS. Please take great care to treat them just like cash.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX online. At our offices in Marinette, Marquette and Escanaba we accept American currency and checks. In the event of an NSF check, there is a $25 charge and you will lose check writing privileges at BCR and RRN
