At Borealis Baking Company, owner Anja makes some of the most delicious baked goods you will find anywhere in town. She offers a wide variety of cupcakes with some flavors including Irish Stout, Chocolate Cherry, Raspberry Champagne, French Toast Maple Bacon, and so much more. She has over 25 different flavors to choose from and has some of the tastiest cinnamon rolls in town. The best part…. they are good for you and good for anyone with food allergies. Her product is gluten free!

Borealis Baking Company does not have a store front. She Bakes out of the Masonic Center but does not have a brick and mortar location. They have to call to place their order with her and then she delivers them.
